'Cherished, cared for & appreciated' is the motto of Balzers' "Living in Old Age" program, as the future residents can feel comfortable and cared for in their new home.

​

The inviting spot creates an attractive destination. Shaded seating areas in the small park and on the viewing platform by the castle stream invite visitors to pause and linger.

​

Private garden areas encourage the residents of the ground floor apartments to garden, tend and care for their plants.

The names of flowers beloved by the elderly over the years are reused in the apartment signage.
